The Library of Trinity College is a legal deposit library for Ireland and the United Kingdom, containing over 4.5 million printed volumes and significant quantities of manuscripts (including the Book of Kells), maps and music.

Trinity College is Ireland's oldest and most prestigious university, located in the country's capital, opposite the former Irish Houses of Parliament. It is divided in to three faculties, and its city centre campus has many facilities such as a state-of-the-art sports centre, shops and restaurants. The Student's Union offers over 100 societies, 50 sports clubs and a vibrant cultural life. The university is top ranking globally.
