School of Mathematics
Join our School of Mathematics and you'll be part of a tight-knit community dedicated to teaching, learning and discovery. We're a school where dynamic students and active researchers are brought together by a common passion.
We offer a modern teaching programme designed to give students a firm grasp of the principles of mathematics. Our flexible course structure enables you to focus on what interests you, from pure to applied mathematics - or maybe a broad range of modules. As well as technical skills including sophisticated mathematical techniques, we help you to master a range of vital attributes such as strong communication and critical thinking.
Our community is also home to fascinating research in fields from fluid dynamics to logic, and from quantum fluids to representation theory. We have links with mathematicians across Europe and beyond.
