Due to the current health and safety policy of the University of East Anglia, designed to minimise the spread of COVID-19, the services that can currently be provided by the University’s Student Records Office are restricted and we are therefore unable to process any requests for documents produced on paper. 

To summarise we can currently produce the following electronic documents:

  • A degree/award verification letter in pdf format which will be delivered via email
  • Academic Transcript/Diploma Supplement in pdf format which will be delivered via email

There will be a charge of £6.00 for each document.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently produce the following documents

  • Transcripts for Undergraduates commencing their course in or prior to 1992/93 
  • Transcripts for Taught Postgraduates commencing their course in or prior to 2000/01
  • Transcripts for Postgraduate Research Students

The following services are also suspended until further notice:

  • Signed, sealed envelopes
  • DHL Courier Service
  • Completion of forms
