If you would like to make a payment to us for Academic Transcripts, 'To Whom It May Concern' Letters or Certified Photocopies of UEA Degree Certificates, please follow the instructions below.
Please note that payment is required in advance.
The University reviews its charges annually, with changes usually taking place from 1 September. Details of the charges can be found in the University Calendar in the Fees and Charges section under Regulations (General).
Payment by Credit or Debit Card
Payments can be made by Credit/Debit card by telephoning the following number 01603 592683. Please do not ring until the payment amount has been confirmed by Student Records Office. The cardholder must phone in person and provide the following details – card type, name of cardholder, card number, expiry date and CVC (last three digits above signature on back of card). Payments can be made between 10.00 and 16.00 (UK time)
Payment via Online Store
When placing your order for any of the above listed documents, please request this method of payment. Once the details of your order and the total amount to pay have been confirmed, we will provide you with the link to enable you to make your payment via our online store.
Payment via Bank Transfer
If you are unable to pay using any of the above methods, then we can also accept payment via a bank transfer. Details are available upon request.
