If you contact us by email, we will process your request but will normally only send a reply if we are asked a question which needs a reply or if specifically asked to do so.

If you would like to make a payment to us for Academic Transcripts, Replacement UEA Degree Certificates, 'To Whom It May Concern' Letters or Certified Photocopies of UEA Degree Certificates, please follow the instructions below.

Please note that payment is required in advance.

The University reviews its charges annually, with changes usually taking place from 1 September. Details of the charges can be found in the University Calendar in the Fees and Charges section under Regulations (General).


Payment by Credit or Debit Card

Payments can be made by Credit/Debit card by telephoning one of the following numbers 01603 592683 or 01603 593695. The cardholder must phone in person and provide the following details – card type, name of cardholder, card number, expiry date and CVC (last three digits above signature on back of card). Payments can be made between 10.00 and 16.00 (UK time)


Payment by Cheque

The University is only able to accept cheques in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and drawn against a UK or UK-linked bank (ie a bank with an address in the UK).

Please make your cheque payable to 'University of East Anglia' and either send it to the Student Records Office, The Registry, University of East Anglia, Norwich Research Park, Norwich, NR4 7TJ.


Payment via Online Store

When placing your order for any of the above listed documents, please request this method of payment. Once the details of your order and the total amount to pay have been confirmed, we will provide you with the link to enable you to make your payment via our online store.


Payment via Bank Transfer

If you are unable to pay using any of the above methods, then we can also accept payment via a bank transfer. Details are available upon request.
