COME AND DISCOVER UEA
Our university open days are all geared up to give you a real taste of what it will be like to live and study here at UEA. You can chat to students, lecturers and support staff, get a feel for the courses that interest you and get to know our stunning campus. This is the first step of your UEA journey – we can't wait to show you around.
Discover Life on Campus
The UEA campus is a mini-city, home to a multi-cultural community that enjoys and contributes to a diverse social and cultural scene. Set in acres of parkland and on the edge of its own broad, it was designed so that everything you need for living and studying here is no more than a few minutes away, which is why we’ve won awards for our green spaces and unique campus community. Why not come and discover it for yourself?
Discover Truly Brilliant Ideas
At the heart of our University are our Schools of Study, a collection of radical thinkers, teachers and makers whose ideas are helping to shape the world we live in and the future of the planet we live on. As a UEA student, you’ll work alongside our academics and study courses designed by them - which is why we think it’s important you come and say hello on an Open Day.
Discover a Unique Student Experience
With over 200 societies and students from around the world and from every walk of life, UEA offers a university experience like no other. Our Students' Union is recognised as one of the most progressive in the country, we still play host to over 60 gigs a year on campus, and our world-class facilities mean that whatever you’re in to, you can explore what you love at UEA. Oh and did we mention we also have a nap room?
Discover a Best-Kept Secret
Norwich is one of the most on-the-rise cities in the country. Its cobbled streets and medieval buildings are home to a thriving scene of independent businesses, bars, restaurants, vintage stores, record shops and market traders – a culturally vibrant best kept secret that our students (and a host of our graduates) call home. Not to mention only two hours to London on the train and a quick one hour flight to Amsterdam.
