Our two-year Master’s with Placement courses enable you to gain industry experience alongside your academic study. After completing the first year of full-time study at University of East Anglia (UEA), students will have the opportunity to either undertake a paid Industry Work Placement or complete three structured Industry Projects with different UK organisations, applying their knowledge in a real-world setting.  Each option ensures you graduate with a competitive edge.

Early Payment Awards

To recognise and reward the financial commitment of paying early, we have two awards available to international students joining UEA in September 2026, for an eligible* full-time, Postgraduate Taught programme.

Early Deposit Award – £500

Students paying the minimum deposit amount outlined in their offer email by 26 June 2026, will receive a £500 tuition fee reduction.

Full Payment Award – up to £1,000

Students paying tuition fees in full (minus any awarded UEA scholarships) by 17 August 2026, will receive either:

  • £500 if you've already paid your deposit and been awarded the Early Deposit Award; or

  • £1,000 if you haven't.

Please note that the maximum total amount for these two awards is £1,000.
