How the UEA Student Ambassador Scheme works
The Ambassador Scheme is set within the Recruitment, Outreach and Events (ROE) department. The Scheme gives you the opportunity to work on the University's ROE events, such as Applicant Days, Campus Tours, Summer Residentials, Interviews, and many more.
Ambassadors gain key skills that graduate employers look for, from leadership, team working and communication skills to problem solving, initiative and commercial awareness. If you want to meet future students, showcase your subject and share your student experiences, this is a great opportunity for you. Our current rate of pay is £10.42 per hour (plus holiday pay).
There is lots of flexibility as you can choose when you want to work so it fits in with your studies and personal life. You will have the ability to see what jobs are available and how many workers are needed and therefore decide if you want to make yourself available for it.
Find us at the Jobs Fair in Semester 1 or visit my.uea.ac.uk when you are a student at UEA.
