Are you passionate about all aspects of business and management? Do you want to explore different roles while keeping your options open? If so, our flexible MSc in Business Management is for you.
At Norwich Business School, you’ll delve into the role of management across various contexts, with a focus on flexibility, personal development, and helping you grow into the business professional you aspire to be. You’ll acquire a broad range of specialist and transferable skills, becoming proficient in teamwork, presenting, and time management. You can tailor your learning by choosing from an extensive range of optional modules, allowing you to develop a unique skill set. You'll also have the chance to start your own company at our Enterprise Centre and participate in extracurricular activities to further hone your abilities and business network.
You’ll learn how to build and sustain a competitive advantage for companies in diverse sectors and markets. You'll discover how to leverage company-wide resources and skills, utilise various analytical tools to understand different managerial perspectives, and make sound managerial decisions.
Based at UEA’s Norwich Business School, this course is our most flexible and diverse business Master’s program. The breadth and flexibility allow you to explore all key business functions and find your true interests. You can choose to focus on a specific area or branch across disciplines, creating a unique blend of skills that will help you stand out in the job market and carve your own career path.

After the Course
You’ll graduate with a well-rounded, balanced set of business skills, and your own unique set of specialisms. You’ll be able to transfer thinking from one discipline to another, possibly to drive new innovations. And you’ll be better able to understand and collaborate with different disciplines.
You could go on to any number of business disciplines, or choose to combine them all by working in general or (eventually) senior management, by starting your own business, or by returning to your family business.
A significant number of graduates go on to win coveted places on the management training graduate schemes of large multinational corporations.
There is a focus on employability and on preparing you for your future career throughout the course. You’ll also be able to take part in our annual Employability Week. Here you’ll be able to hear from all sorts of industry experts, including NBS alumni, about how they built their careers.

- English Foreign Language
Applications from students whose first language is not English are welcome. We require evidence of proficiency in English (including writing, speaking, listening and reading):

IELTS: 6.0 overall (minimum 6.0 in Writing and Speaking, and 5.5 in Reading and Listening)

Test dates should be within two years of the course start date.
