Each year we hold a series of Applicant Visit Days, where applicants to our Undergraduate courses are invited to visit the university to learn more about the course they have applied for, meet current students and staff and tour our campus.
Applicant Visit Days are usually held between November to March each year.
Invitations to Applicant Visit Days are sent along with details of an offer of a place by post, and are accompanied by a reply slip to allow you to confirm your attendance. Some Schools of Study require you to attend an interview or audition as part of your visit, before they consider making you an offer. If you are required to attend an interview or audition you will be notified by letter.
We offer a range of Visit Day dates for each subject. Your invitation will have offered you a date that we hope you are able to attend. However, if you are unable to attend the date indicated you can look at your School of Study below to find out what alternative dates are available. When a visit day has reached its capacity we will mark it as 'Full - no further bookings can be accepted'. If your visit day invitation card has the date which is marked below as 'Full - no further bookings can be accepted' you will need to select an alternative date from the list below which is still open to bookings.
If you click on your School of Study you will be able to see a sample programme of events for your Visit Day. Not all Schools offer Visit Days, because they run specific interview days.
If you would like to come to the Visit Day indicated on your invitation card please complete and return the tear-off section of the invitation card and send it back to us by post. Alternatively you can reply to visitdays@uea.ac.uk with the information requested on the tear-off slip or you can telephone us on 01603 593251.
If you have been unable to make any of the Visit Day dates but you would still like to visit, the University has an open campus and you are welcome to come and wander around using our self guided campus tour which can be downloaded here. If you are a wheelchair user you can download our self guided campus tour leaflet for wheelchair users. Alternatively you can register for our Friday campus tours and more information can be found at http://www.uea.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/visit/campus-tours. In addition to this we will be offering an informal campus tour on Friday 4th May 2012 at 3:00pm please email us at visitdays@uea.ac.uk for further information.
