Each subject has a tailored programme for Applicants and guests, and the schedule differs for Wednesday and Saturday events.

11am–12pm | Lab Experiment A journey through Pharmacology and Drug Discovery – You will have the opportunity to participate in interactive demonstrations based in our state-of-the-art laboratories, where you will explore the fascinating world of pharmacology and drug discovery research happening right here at UEA | New Science Building Level 3 | Applicant |
12–12.15pm | Refreshment and Networking An opportunity to learn more about the degree and the School of Chemistry, Pharmacy and Pharmacology with academics who teach on our undergraduate courses and current students. | New Science Building Foyer | Applicants |
12.15–1pm | Lab Experiment – Apply Digital Technology to the Design of New Molecules and Drugs How do drugs interact with their target? How do we design new molecules? You will use a combination of Molymods, 3D printed structures, and computational tools to investigate how small changes in the structure of a drug have a big impact on its therapeutic properties. This activity will introduce you to some principles of Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology, and demonstrate how advances in technology underlie medical advances. | New Science Building Level 3 | Applicants |
12–1pm | Refreshment and Networking Meet academic staff and current students, with an opportunity for accompanying guests to visit our labs on level 3 | New Science Building Foyer | Guests (optional) |
