The Graduate Route is just one immigration route that can be used to work in the UK after your studies. There are numerous other immigration routes that will allow you to stay and work in the UK after your finish your course.
You can find these listed on the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) website. The UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA) has useful information on most of these routes as well on their Working After Studies webpage, including more detailed on the Skilled Worker route.
