The Maggie Humm Scholarship
The Maggie Humm Scholarship is available to a Home Fees applicant who has applied for a place on the MA Creative Writing (Prose Fiction) course in the School of Literature, Drama, and Creative Writing, with a focus of supporting a mature student who can demonstrate creative writing potential.
The successful recipient will receive the full amount of £5,000 in their first year of study if they are studying Full-Time, while Part-Time students will receive the total amount over 2 years in annual instalments of £2,500.
Application deadline is Friday 3rd April 2026.
