Development Office scholarships are funded by our generous pool of donors. You can find currently available funds and eligibility criteria using the A-Z Finder.

To be considered for funding from UEA you will first need to apply to your chosen course of study. Scholarships are only awarded to students who have been made an offer to study with us. Further information on applying to UEA can be found through Admissions. Please check UEAs New Student FAQs.

For scholarships which require a separate application, these are not assessed until after the closing deadlines specified on the webpage, and successful applicants are notified before August.

Please note, you must have already applied to study a course at UEA before you can be considered for a scholarship.

Please visit our admissions enquiries page to find out more about how to apply to UEA.

The university offers a travel fund for prospects wishing to visit one of our Open Days or Applicant Days, and you can find more information about visiting the campus on this page.

Please visit our international students page where all information for arriving to the UK has been provided. You can contact studentlife.international@uea.ac.uk for support in this process.

Our scholarships are offered to students entering their first year of study only. As a current student, you can access the Student Hardship Fund through student life. Please contact studentlife.finance@uea.ac.uk for an application form.

It is worth noting, that as a current student you have additional access to bursaries and the careers hub who can help you with finding suitable placements around studies.
