International Undergraduate Merit Scholarship

International students can receive up to £10,000 per year for eligible undergraduate degree programmes starting in September 2027. 

1. £10,000 per year for those joining us in year 1 in lab-based courses in our Faculty of Science.

2. £7,000 per year for those joining us in year 1 and studying courses in our Schools of Economics, Law, Psychology and the Norwich Business School. 
   
   

3. £5,000 per year for those joining us in year 1 in all other schools, or joining us through year 2 pathways from partner institutions.

Our international undergraduate scholarship provides £5,000 - £10,000 per year as a tuition fee discount for international students joining us on eligible undergraduate courses in September 2027.

1. £10,000 per year is available for students applying to study one of our lab-based courses, and joining us in year 1 of their degree, in our Faculty of Science, including our schools of:
   - Biological Sciences
   - Chemistry, Pharmacy and Pharmacology
   - Engineering, Mathematics and Physics
   - Environmental Sciences
   - Computing Sciences
   

2. £7,000 per year is available for students joining us in year 1 of their degree and applying to study in our schools of:
   - Economics
   - Norwich Business School
   - Psychology
   - Law
   

3. £5,000 per year is available to those joining us on all other eligible courses starting in year 1 of their degree, or in year 2 via our partner institutions.

The following courses are not eligible for this scholarship: 

• MBBS Medicine 

• BSc Physiotherapy  

• BSc Occupational Therapy 

• BDS Dental Surgery

• BSc Medical Research 

• Degree Apprenticeship courses

• Final Year Entry courses. 

Students receiving sponsorship covering full fees by an outside body or government organisation are not eligible for this scholarship. Government or educational loans that require repayment do not affect eligibility.  

This scholarship will be confirmed automatically, shortly after your offer is made. No separate application is required.

This will be deducted from tuition fees on an annual basis, in line with our terms and conditions.
