Implementing best practice to improve population health and support rehabilitation

We are a team of implementation scientists and knowledge mobilisers dedicated to improving population health and supporting rehabilitation by ensuring that evidence-based innovations are adopted and delivery is sustained in real-world settings.

Implementation science aims to bridge the gap between what we know works and what is routinely delivered in practice, so that effective interventions and services reach the people and communities who need them most.

Using digital technologies and scalable approaches, we design and imped interventions that can be implemented widely and equitably, ensuring that effective solutions reach those most in need. We apply innovative methods from fields such as health system design, quality improvement, artificial intelligence (AI), and creative approaches to conduct inclusive, real-world research.

Our goal is to create sustainable change by improving health outcomes, strengthening health systems, and reducing inequalities in-line with local, national, and global priorities.
