Workshop 1 of 4. Our series of interactive, evidence-informed study days designed for practitioners and educators supporting learners in clinical practice. These sessions offer practical tools, reflective learning, and peer collaboration.
Half Day, Morning Sessions are designed for any practitioner supporting learners in clinical practice
Full Day workshops are designed for aspiring and novice clinical educators or as CPD for experienced educators

Course Structure
Live Online Study Days
Morning: 9am - 12pm Principles and routine practice
Afternoon: 1pm - 4pm Evidence-based Analysis of complex cases

To understand how to set clear, realistic expectations with learners based on their stage, experience, and professional standards.
To demonstrate compassionate approaches to learner wellbeing, including active listening and signposting support services.
To apply supervision and coaching techniques to foster shared learning and reflective practice.
To identify early signs of concern and apply structured approaches to difficult conversations.
To guide learners in setting personal and professional goals aligned with their own development needs.
