Winter Graduation 2020

To be eligible to graduate your name has to appear on a pass list approved by the University’s Senate by 27 November 2020 and you must ensure you have fulfilled all academic related financial obligations to the University.

Winter graduates will receive their certificate by post shortly after the official conferment date of 4 December 2020.

Any advance arrangements regarding your own and/or your party’s travel or accommodation to your summer celebration are made at your own risk.

Students eligible to graduate will receive an email by the end of September with information on how to register for winter graduation.

Spring Graduation 2021 

To be eligible to graduate your name has to appear on a pass list approved by the University’s Senate by 31 March 2021 and you must ensure you have fulfilled all academic related financial obligations to the University.

Any advance arrangements regarding your own and/or your party’s travel or accommodation to your summer celebration are made at your own risk.

Students eligible to graduate will receive their certificate by post shortly after the official conferment date of 9 April 2021.

Registration

 

To receive your certificate you must complete the eVision registration task.  You will receive an email once the task is open.  As part of the task you will be asked to confirm your official name and the address that you wish your certificate to be sent to. 

We cannot send out your certificate unless you have completed the registration task.

Certificate Delivery

 

Your certificate will be sent free of charge to your nominated address.  For overseas delivery there is an option to upgrade to a tracked service.

Full details of all delivery services will be provided when you complete the registration task.

Scanned Certificates

 

Prior to posting out your certificate we can email you a scanned copy at a cost of £6.00. 

Further details will be provided when you complete the registration task.

Lost Certificates

 

If you do not receive your certificate within 4 weeks from your graduation date we will issue a replacement.  This will be free of charge as long as you notify us within 3 months of your graduation date.

If you are requesting a replacement certificate more than three months after you have graduated you will need to contact the Student Records Office (charges will apply).

Attending Summer Graduation

 

When you register for Winter or Spring you will be asked if you wish to attend Summer Graduation in July to celebrate your achievements.  If you do wish to attend you will be contacted in April with further details.
