You will need a campus card to gain access to the following:
- Library building access and for borrowing and returning library materials
- PrintPlus+ service for printing and photocopying
- Car Park
- Restricted access areas - Labs in some schools
- The Sportspark
- Student Union Membership (UEA and national membership)
Getting your campus card
If you are a new student and you are staying in UEA accommodation, your campus card will be in the Arrival pack provided by the Accommodation team.
If you aren’t staying in UEA accommodation, new students can collect their cards on Welcome Day or anytime during their course. Our Start of Year service will be open from 9.30am on the 12th September to 30th September. We'll be in The Warren on The Street, what3words: ///bind.tune.alone
At other times, you can collect your card at the IT Service Desk in the Student Information Zone on The Street.
If you are a new member of staff, please log a ticket for a campus card and upload your 'passport-style' photo. You can log a ticket by visiting our Self Service Portal and choosing 'Log a Ticket'. Remember to attach your photo.
If you are a returning student or a member of staff who has lost or damaged your existing card, please raise a ticket.
Collection can only be made after logging a ticket with the IT Service Desk. When your card is ready, we'll email you and let you know.
If you are a member of staff, you can collect your card from the IT Service Point in Meadow House on the Lasdun Walk (what 3 words clear.ranch.sparks). The IT Service Point is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Students can collect their cards from The Warren on The Street.
