You will need a campus card to gain access to the following:

  • Library building access and also for borrowing and returning library materials
  • PrintPlus+ service for printing and photocopying
  • Car Park
  • Restricted access areas - Labs in some schools
  • The Sportspark
  • Student Union Membership (UEA and national membership)

Getting your campus card

If you are a new student and you are staying in UEA accommodation, your campus card will be in the Arrival pack provided by the Accommodation team.

If you aren’t staying in UEA accommodation new students can collect their cards from the Kiosks in the ITCS building on Norfolk Terrace (what 3 words logic.wire.area.) Our Kiosks will be open from the 14th September. Students will need to look for the blue IT signage as the kiosks are accessed by walking onto the grassed area outside the ITCS building. Opening times for the kiosks will be Monday - Friday 9.30 am till 4.30pm. Students with mobility issues should follow the accessible route IT signage if they would like in person service at the IT Service Point on the walkway (what 3 words clear.ranch.sparks)

 

If you are a new member of staff, please log a ticket for a campus card and upload your 'passport-style' photo. You can log a ticket by emailing the IT Service Desk or by visiting our Self Service Portal and choosing 'Log a Ticket'. Remember to attach your photo!

If you are a returning student or a member of staff who has lost or damaged your existing card, please raise a ticket.

Collection can only be made after logging a ticket with the IT Service Desk.  When your card is ready, we'll email you and let you know. 

You can collect your card from the IT Kiosks, which are located on the field by Suffolk Terrace. Opening times for the kiosks will be Monday - Friday 9:30am till 4:30pm.

Collection can only be made after logging a ticket with the IT Service Desk.  When your card is ready, we'll email you and let you know.  

If you visit the IT kiosks without prior confirmation, we can still process your request, but there may be a delay.

 

Yes, when collecting a campus card, you will be asked to confirm some security information and will need to show some photo identification, such as your passport or driving licence.
