You will need a campus card to gain access to the following:

  • Library building access and for borrowing and returning library materials
  • PrintPlus+ service for printing and photocopying
  • Car Park
  • Restricted access areas - Labs in some schools
  • The Sportspark
  • Student Union Membership (UEA and national membership)

Getting your campus card

You can collect your card from the IT Service Point in Meadow House, which is located on The Lasdun Walk.

We are open for Card Collection from Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm (Closed Wednesday afternoon from 12.30pm).

 

If you are a new member of staff, please log a ticket for a campus card and upload your 'passport-style' photo. You can log a ticket by visiting our Self Service Portal and choosing 'Log a Ticket'. Remember to attach your photo.

If you are a returning student or a member of staff who has lost or damaged your existing card, please raise a ticket.

Collection can only be made after logging a ticket with the IT Service Desk.  When your card is ready, we'll email you and let you know. 

Students and Staff can collect their cards from the IT Service Point in Meadow Hose. You can find us on The Lasdun Walk.

Yes, when collecting a campus card, you will be asked to confirm some security information and will need to show some photo identification, such as your passport or driving licence.
