You will need a campus card to gain access to the following:
- Library building access and for borrowing and returning library materials
- PrintPlus+ service for printing and photocopying
- Car Park
- Restricted access areas - Labs in some schools
- The Sportspark
- Student Union Membership (UEA and national membership)
Getting your campus card
If you are a new student, you can collect your card from the Student Information Zone (SIZ) on The Street. The IT Desk is open in SIZ, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
If you are a new member of staff, please log a ticket for a campus card and upload your 'passport-style' photo. You can log a ticket by emailing the IT Service Desk or by visiting our Self Service Portal and choosing 'Log a Ticket'. Remember to attach your photo!
If you are a returning student or a member of staff who has lost or damaged your existing card, please raise a ticket.
If you are a member of staff, you can collect your card from the IT Service Point in the ITCS Building on the Ladsaun Walk (what 3 words clear.ranch.sparks). The IT Service Point is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Students can collect their cards from the Student Information Zone on The Street.
Collection can only be made after logging a ticket with the IT Service Desk. When your card is ready, we'll email you and let you know.
