10.30–11am, Thomas Paine Study Centre | Departure to Subject Areas - A Student Ambassador will guide you to your subject area. Travel to the Edith Cavell Building You will be guided to the shuttle buses which will take you to the Edith Cavell Building on our west campus. For Applicants |
11am–12pm, Elizabeth Fry Building 01.05 | Guiding Success: Behind the UEA Experience - Take part in our Q&A with advisors from Finance, Accommodation, Placements, Senior advising and more! Ready to share insights on how your student will be supported throughout their studies and beyond. For Guests |
11am–1pm, Edith Cavell Building 01.12A/B | Subject Taster Session - Welcome to Midwifery at UEA Join our vibrant and inspiring midwifery community! This is your chance to engage in hands-on skills and drills led by our experienced midwifery lecturers, clinical educators, and current students. Explore our specialist equipment and get a sneak peek into the exciting clinical placements you'll be part of. It’s also a perfect opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the course, the learning experience, or your future career in midwifery. |
12–1pm, Campus | Free Time - Whilst applicants are in their taster session, guests are welcome to explore our campus. Why not head to one of our many cafes, or explore the beautiful grounds and lake. You can reunite with your applicant in Congregation Hall. For Guests |
1pm, Edith Cavell Building | Return to campus and reunite- Return to campus by minibus and reunite with guests in Congregation Hall For Applicants |
12.45–3pm, Congregation Hall | Tours and Information Zone - Visit our Information Zone to chat to support services from across the University. You can also join our guided tours of campus, accommodation, the Library, Sportspark and the Students' Union. For Applicants and Guests |
1.15–3pm, Congregation Hall | Tune Into Uni - A series of short talks including accommodation, budgeting, uea+sport, Norwich, study tips and the Students' Union.
