Reporting maintenance issues in your room, flat, office or around campus is quicker, easier, and simpler than ever before.

Using our Live Chat Service

We can help you if you have:

  • Issues with lighting, heating, toilets, sinks or showers in your room

  • Issues with the fridge, sink or cooking equipment in your kitchen

  • Other issues in your room, flat or around campus!

Our friendly Estates Helpdesk team can:

  • Chat to you to understand the problem

  • Log your issue to get it sorted

  • Update you on the progress of any jobs you have open

The Estates Live Chat service will operate 8am-4pm Monday to Friday (not including bank holidays).
