UEA Community Choir is for the whole of the university and our wider community. Welcoming, friendly and informal, it is conducted by Director of Music, Stuart Dunlop. There is no audition.
Rehearsals and performances
UEA Community Choir enjoys membership from students, staff, and members of the local community. The choir rehearse on campus from 13:10 - 13:55, every Wednesday lunchtime (except the second Wednesday of the month), during semester time, and perform either on campus or in the surrounding region, at least once a year. The 2023-24 concert season will commence on Wednesday 13 December 2023 with the 'UEA Choirs Christmas Carol concert' at The Cathedral of St John the Baptist, Norwich. Tickets are available to buy online now from the UEA store (until 10am on the 12 December) - a limited number of tickets will also be available to purchase on the door (card or cheque only).

How to join
UEA Community Choir welcomes singers of all abilities and levels of experience, and is audition-free. It is intended for those who: want to start singing in a choir (even if they have never done so before); want to sing in a more informal way, sometimes with more contemporary music; or want to sing for fun and explore their voice.

Subscriptions
The subscription fee is £10 for the year. This fee covers the cost of your music for the year.
