What is the Accommodation Guarantee?
We offer an accommodation guarantee for many of our students. Beyond the guarantee we offer rooms to non-guaranteed students depending on availability. We will usually advise whether we are able to offer rooms to non-guaranteed students in late August or September.
What does the Accommodation Guarantee cover?
Please note that the guarantee is for the offer of a room in University residences, in accommodation otherwise managed by the University or by one of UEA’s partner organisations:
The guarantee is not for a room of a particular type. This means that we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated your preferred residence or type of room. We will, of course, do our best to meet your preference.
If a room offer is rejected or not accepted and subsequently withdrawn, you will no longer be guaranteed accommodation.
