The Kowitz Scholarship is awarded to a Postgraduate student within the School of Literature, Drama and Creative Writing to enable them to enable them to study on the MA Creative Writing (Prose Fiction) course.

  • Course: MA or MFA Creative Writing (Prose Fiction)
  • Residency: UK

What does it cover?

  • Total Value: £10,000
  • Duration of award: One year
  • Tuition fees or maintenance: Full tuition fees and a maintenance grant
  • Number available: 1

How do I apply?

Applications for the 2019/20 scholarship will open on November 20th.

If you have applied for this scholarship, you will be considered for any of the scholarships below for which you are eligible. You do not need to submit a second application for any of these scholarships:
