For anyone getting ready to start university. A free online course for students to build the foundations of university-level skills like independent learning, using evidence in academic writing, and taking effective notes in university lectures.

For post-16 students. Practical advice and interactive exercises to help students get started on their UCAS personal statement. Email us at schools@uea.ac.uk to request a bespoke workshop delivered for your school/college by one of our HE Advisers. Or you can download the digital workbook from our resource centre.

For Year 12/Level 3 Year 1. Download everything you need to run an interactive workshop with your students, designed to get them thinking about their higher education options. Includes a digital workbook, presentation slides, and links to follow-up information.

For Year 11. We've created three lesson plans with accompanying PowerPoint slides, designed to last 15-20 minutes each. Topics include financial support at university, wellbeing support at university, and general university mythbusting.

They can be delivered individually (ideal for form time) or combined for a full lesson on all things university.

For Year 13/Level 3 Year 2. This session will signpost your students to the different types of support available at university. Includes a pre-session briefing sheet, presentation slides, and links to follow-up information.
