UEA+Sport Team Scholarship
If you are an aspiring student athlete playing basketball, football or netball - either prospectively or currently studying at UEA - we want to support you in your journey to achieve your highest potential both academically and on the sporting field.
All students in the first team for basketball (men’s and women’s), football (men’s and women’s) and netball will receive a Developing Excellence level scholarship that provides a bespoke package of support tailored to each team's needs.
This can include enhanced coaching support, gym and swim memberships, strength and conditioning sessions, nutrition workshops, scholar kit, performance analysis as well as access to performance sport workshops.
uea+sport work closely with each team and their coaching staff to ensure they continue to develop in a positive and supportive environment.

We offer students places on first team squads after individuals have trialled at the beginning of the academic year. Team scholarships will be offered after trials.
