Training: Drinking Well, Caring for Older Adults
We are developing hydration care resources for anyone who finds themselves supporting older adults to drink well. They are free and users can download a certificate on completion.
Our short course "Drinking Well Caring for Older Adults" can be accessed on the UEA Blackboard online system.
Resources for older adults and those who care for them
For those supporting older adults in the community, we have collaborated with Age UK Norwich to develop resources for both older adults and coaches who support older adults. These resources can be viewed on the Age UK website.
We have also developed a booklet with Age UK providing advice about drinking and the toilet.
