The voices and lived experiences of people with care experienced sit at heart of the project. We are fortunate enough to work with lived experience champions across all levels as part of the team as co-applicants, co-researchers from Care Leavers National Movement, CLNM, PPI members sitting on independent steering groups (Programme Steering Committee and Data Monitoring and Ethics Committee).
We also have our Stakeholder Advisor Group, comprising of young adults who have recently left the care system and (ii) key national stakeholder representatives including Care Leavers Association and the Independent Children Homes Association, as well as kinship, foster and residential carers to refine study materials to aid recruitment.
