PebblePad is the University’s ePortfolio system, used to capture and showcase learner achievements, experiences, skills, and supporting evidence. It provides a structured space for learners and practice partners to plan learning, record progress, reflect on placement experiences, and evidence competency development throughout the course.

On this page, you’ll find everything you need to get started with PebblePad — including resources that show you how to access the system and troubleshoot issues.

To access learners’ Practice Assessment Documents (PAD), you will need your own PebblePad login. It is your responsibility - not the learners’ - to request this. Please email hsc.pebblepad@uea.ac.uk to request access. For governance you will be asked to complete a MS Form confirming that you have received the required PS/PA/PE training (or equivalent). This process ensures compliance with NMC and HCPC standards.
