Our research in recent years has largely built on the Centre for Research on Children and Families. We have had continuous funding for a range of empirical projects, particularly in the fields of:
- Child protection and family support
- Child placement and
- Making Decisions about Children
We are continually developing new areas of research and are consolidating our interdisciplinary links with other social work and social policy researchers in the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
