Partnership colleagues play a significant role by participating in our interviews, so we benefit from schools’ perspectives on the suitability of our candidates.
Interviews happen throughout the year from October through to July, and the expected commitment is very much in your hands, depending on your availability. Interview sessions last approximately half a day.
If you are a member of your school’s senior leadership team, are an experienced teacher, or have recently mentored UEA trainee teachers, we would love to invite you to support our interview process. In doing so, you will receive some training and also access to the UEA library and all that entails.
