Gateway to Growth was an innovative programme which allowed partner SMEs in East Anglia to tap into UEA’s graduate talent, supporting the growth of their businesses and unlocking their potential.
Our delivery partners, including those with tenants at The Enterprise Centre, NRP Centrum, Hethel Engineering Centre, St George’s Works, had the opportunity to access our pool of graduate interns to work on bespoke projects, tailored to their needs.
What makes us different?
Unlike a fixed term internship, our unique programme enables you to recruit an intern resource on a flexible hourly basis without going through a recruitment process. With the ability to work remotely at our base in the Enterprise Centre you don’t even need to worry about desk space.
Gateway to Growth interns worked on one-off projects such as market research, website creation or event management. Additionally, ongoing support for social media delivery, content creation or data analysis was offered. Our service was steered by the goals of businesses.
