Disability and Neurodiversity Staff Networks

UEA has networks for disabled and neurodivergent staff.

The Neurodivergent Staff Network is open to staff who identify as having a neurodiversity (no diagnosis required). The network operates as a discussion forum on a Microsoft Teams private channel. It is moderated by appointed members of the network and is a friendly and supportive place for individuals who have a neurodiverse condition.

The Disabled Staff Network is open to staff who identify as disabled and it also operates as a discussion forum on a Microsoft Teams private channel. It is a welcoming, safe space for discussion and professional networking with other disabled staff members.
