Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) - Our Role
Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team works at an employer and organisational level. We focus on shaping strategy and culture so that our workplace is fair, inclusive and supportive for everyone.
Some of the areas we lead on include:
Developing and delivering our organisation’s EDI strategy and action plans
Coordinating external charter and framework submissions
Advising on Equality Act 2010 compliance in relation to employment
Supporting Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Act 2023 compliance as an employer responsibility
Providing staff training and resources on EDI topics.
