Planned service downtimes
Details of planned service downtimes are provided here. These downtimes are essential for maintenance of systems and for new developments and service improvements to take place. We will always try to consult with users to agree times when there is going to be the least impact on teaching, learning or the business of the university and we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible of any downtime. Changes to Floor 0 of the Library during Summer 2010
Building on the success of our recent work on Floor 0 of the Library, we are planning to make better use of the remaining space on that floor by redesigning the main entrance and improving access to the building, and redesigning the layout and associated working practices to better meet service delivery needs. Eduroam wireless service
This message is to announce that the "eduroam" wireless network has moved from pilot to a production service. Eduroam provides a means for students and staff from participating institutions to obtain Internet connectivity across their own campus and when visiting other participating institutions. Read more
