PRICING

Please see our delegate packages and room hire prices below for all external visitors to UEA. Prices exclude VAT and run from 1 August to 31 July each year.

INTERNAL RATES

UEA staff receive exclusive packages for internal UEA events - please contact the team or refer to pages on the Portal for internal rates.

The Conference team also offers an online payment and event registration service via the University’s online store, for all internal conferences and events. 

DAY DELEGATE RATES

Day delegate rates represent excellent value and includes room hire on campus and all day catering delivered to you, for a fixed price, per person, per day.

Package rates are available for all venues on campus, excluding the Enterprise Centre which offers a room hire option.

10 to 59 delegates @ £30.00 per person +VAT                        2018/19 - £31.00 per person + VAT

60 to 99 delegates @ £28.00 per person +VAT                        2018/19 - £29.00 per person + VAT

100+ delegates @ £26.00 per person +VAT                             2018/19 - £27.00 per person + VAT

  • PC, Projector and microphones
  • PC login and Wi-Fi
  • Water coolers*
  • Refreshments and buffet lunch**
  • Branded notepad and pen
  • Free car parking, and/or use of local Park and Ride service
  • Personalised signage and campus map
  • Venue management

*Water bottle refills are chargeable, and are available in Julian Study Centre only.
**Three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits per day. Lunch includes sandwiches/wraps, savoury items, seasonal fresh fruit, and either tea and coffee or bottled water or fruit juice

ROOM HIRE

Our room hire option include a selection of classrooms and lecture theatres on campus, without the need of a full conference package. Catering, and other items can be added as needed.

Premium lecture theatre (150 seats+): £350

Harvard lecture theatre / Council Chamber: £250

Standard meeting room: £175

Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts: £50 per hour from 6pm, which includes security of the art collections within the building.

 

The Enterprise Centre

The Enterprise Centre is a multi-award winning internationally acclaimed centre for innovation and inspiration offering businesses and academia a fully accessible creative space to collaborate and nurture ideas.

Lecture theatre (300 seats): £375

The Exhibition area / foyer: £375

All seminar rooms: £175

 

In house catering is supplied by Mustard Cafe, please ask for catering menus.

Audio Visual

Lecture and seminar rooms come with built in PC, projector, microphones and whiteboard, for which you will be provided a user name and password.

Laptops can be connected via VGA cable (provided). MAC users must bring a converter with them as this cannot be provided.
