Will you help new entrepreneurs make it to market?

New businesses need our support

Our students have the potential to change the world. Alongside their degrees, student entrepreneurs are showing the drive and determination to create exciting new businesses. However, it can be difficult for young businesses to get the initial funding and investment they need for their ideas to really take off.

But you can help. That’s where the UEA Enterprise Fund comes in.

Will you support the UEA Enterprise Fund?

Support the UEA Enterprise Fund and you’ll not only help change the lives and prospects of young entrepreneurs but – through the new ideas and new technologies they bring to market – all our futures.

We are seeking to raise £3 million to offer student and alumni entrepreneurs mentoring and access to industry expertise, grants of up to £7,500 and investments of up to £50,000 in return for equity in the business.

UEA will invest all of the returns from equity investments back into the Enterprise Fund – benefiting more emerging businesses in the future.

How you can help

Please will you make a gift to help support the UEA Enterprise Fund? With your help, we can reach more students and change more lives.

'I would like to say a huge thank you to Enterprise Fund donors. We wouldn’t be where we are today without your initial funding into the company – we owe everything to you.'

Matt Leach, UEA 2016 alumni and founder of Geotekk

'Our aspirations are high – life-changing innovation, global brands and a boost to the local economy. Please will you make a gift and help support the Enterprise Fund?'
