The University campus has also won more than twenty architectural awards and boasts iconic buildings such as the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts, designed by world-renowned architect Lord (Norman) Foster.
The campus strikes a balance between a countryside and city setting; more than 300 acres of green parkland surround the campus and a regular bus service connects the university to the city centre in just 15 minutes.
