Reflecting on Your Journey

Take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey you've embarked on since the beginning of this program. Recognise the insights gained, strategies learnt, and positive changes experienced in your energy levels and overall well-being. Your commitment to self-improvement has paved the way for a more energised life.

Revisiting Expectations

Remember the expectations you set for yourself at the start of this program? Now is the time to assess how well you've met them. Celebrate the victories, regardless of size, and acknowledge the progress you've achieved in your fatigue management journey.

Celebrating Your Energised Self

As we conclude this program, take a moment to celebrate your commitment to managing fatigue and improving your quality of life. Your dedication to self-care is commendable, and your journey toward an energised future is just beginning.

Continuing Your Path to Vibrancy

While formal sessions conclude, your journey toward vibrant energy continues. Possessing knowledge, tools, and resilience, you're equipped to maintain and enhance energy levels over time.

Homework:

1. Embracing Your Energised Future

Use both the 'Keeping on Track' planner and the 'Forcefield' sheet to outline your goals, action steps, and protective strategies for the upcoming weeks. Implement the effective strategies you learnt in the program, and don't hesitate to adjust your plans based on your energy levels and progress. May your forcefield of resilience and your planned actions pave the way for sustained well-being and energy optimisation.

2. Exercise

There is strong evidence that doing three 30-minute sessions of exercise every week improves fatigue in people with Parkinson’s. Get access to our web page of advice on how to do this safely and well.

Conclusion

Thank you for being part of the ReFresh Online Fatigue Management Program. Your commitment to self-improvement has the potential to create a ripple effect of positive change. As you continue, remember the power to shape your energy, reclaim vitality, and embrace a life full of vigour. Stay energized, stay inspired, and embrace the possibilities that lie ahead. Your journey doesn't end here – it's a foundation for ongoing growth and well-being. Congratulations on reaching this milestone!

Surveys

1. We have a quick Feedback Survey for you to complete once you have viewed the video and completed the homework tasks. The Feedback Survey just asks a few questions about how useful and usable this week's content has been. It will only take a couple of minutes to complete. This will let us improve the relevancy and easy of use of each week's content. Start survey.

2. In four weeks time we will email you with a link to the final survey of this research project. It will ask you again about many of the issues we asked about at the start of this project to see if anything has changed after you have engaged with this ReFresh online fatigue management program.
