The exercise intervention is intended in addition, rather than to replace any current treatments, therapies or surgery. We are therefore able to permit patients who are currently participating or have previously participated in other trials, providing they meet the eligibility criteria of Prepare-ABC and that co-enrolment has been agreed by both trial teams.
