The famous Norfolk Broads are among the most important wetlands in Europe and a haven for rare plants, wildlife and insects.
Norwich is also a UNESCO World city of Literature, the first in the UK, as well as being one of the newly named Tech Cities recognising the growth of digital businesses in the region.
