    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Booking Administrative Assistant to join the Accommodation team and Broadview Hotel.

    Key duties of the role include:

    • Provide administrative support for group accommodation bookings including providing estimates

    • Make allocations on the hotel system

    • Submit orders for catering and make any adjustments as appropriate

    • Support the returner sales campaign marketing, promotion and sales

    • Generate and pay purchase orders and invoices using UEA finance systems

    • Assist with the organisation and planning of events throughout the year.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Trial Assistant to support Trial Managers and senior operations staff at the Norwich Clinical Trials Unit.

    The post would be ideal for a recent graduate and/or someone interested in pursuing a career in clinical research and will enable the successful candidate to gain experience, within a UK Clinical Research Collaboration registered trials unit, in a variety of prestigious research studies.

    The main research project you would be supporting is a UK randomised controlled trial of a new psychological therapy for social recovery in psychosis.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Events Officer to join the Recruitment Events Team.

    Key duties of the role include the delivery of undergraduate student recruitment events such as Open Days and Applicant Days. You will work closely with closely with Admissions Directors, along with a number of key internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee the coordination, briefing and supervision of student ambassadors for all recruitment events.

  • UEA Choir

    Director of Choirs | Part-Time

    Faculty of Arts and Humanities. Closes 1 May 2026

    Salary on appointment will be £38,784 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £46,049 per annum (pro rata)

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Choirs to join the Music Centre.

    Key duties include planning and delivering weekly rehearsals for the UEA Choir and UEA Chamber Choir, conducting their Christmas Concert, Chamber Choir concerts, and other performances as required, preparing and warming up singers on concert days, and supporting the development of healthy vocal technique. The post holder will lead recruitment, auditions, and selection of new members, contribute specialist expertise to Music Scholarship and Music Centre Award panels, and work with the Music Director and student committees to plan engaging repertoire. The role also involves supporting the development of the choirs, liaising with the Music Centre Administrator to ensure resources are available, contributing to choir webpages and rehearsal materials, and deputising for the Music Director when required.
