We offer a wide range of economics programmes catering for students with broad or specific interests in economics and finance.

All these courses are also offered in variants with a year abroad or with a placement year.

School of Economics

The following three programmes are taught wholly in the School of Economics.

You can switch between these programmes at any point in the first year. Once you've settled on your programme choice, you can tailor your programme choosing from the wide range of specialist modules on offer.

Joint programmes

We also offer the following joint programmes with the School of Politics, Philosophy, Language and Communication studies.

And two joint programmes with the Norwich Business School.

Our Excellence in Teaching

The structure of our undergraduate programmes is based on education research.

They reflect the excellence and diversity of our research and our passion and commitment in constantly developing our curriculum. We use innovative techniques to teach economics and assess students, which enhances student learning and engagement.

Our excellence in teaching standards is closely associated with a strong dedication to the pastoral and academic care of our students through our advising and academic support system at the School as well as the Learning Enhancement Team and the Student Services.
