The Wellbeing Ambassador Network includes staff who act as a representative and promoter of wellbeing and mental health in the workplace, help reduce stigma by raising the profile of good wellbeing practices amongst colleagues within their department or school and normalise the conversation around mental health.

Wellbeing Ambassadors are key in signposting colleagues to wellbeing resources and ensure that wellbeing is on the team agenda.
