11:00 - 11:20 | Operating Department Practice Subject Overview - Join us for a short subject overview covering topics such as what an ODP is, the role, the future as an ODP and the course here at UEA. 11:20 - 12:20 | Practical 1 – Airway skills, Intubating and Monitoring An opportunity for you to experience intubating using a mannequin, a basic introduction to managing airways and anaesthetic and monitoring. Practical 2 – Surgical skills, Laparoscopic Sim and Monitoring, Gowning and Gloving A chance to get dressed in the gowns and gloves you would wear in surgery and sample a mini laparoscopic demonstration. | Edith Cavell Building Room 01.19B | Applicant |
