Feel as though you’re bouncing off the walls with energy? Bounce off the trampolines at Gravity instead! Join an open jump session to just mess around with your mates. Get a game of trampoline dodge ball going. Try your hand at the climbing walls. Join one of the trampoline fitness classes for a fun way to exercise.

Covering 80 acres, there’s plenty of space in Eaton Park. Start a game of rounders with your friends. Test your hand-eye coordination on the putting green or crazy golf. Throw some shapes at the skate park. Or just sit and watch the world go by. You’ll find a café, boat pond, pavilion and various sports facilities here too.

Earlham Park is nestled right next to the UEA campus. It’s the perfect place to escape to nature between your lectures or when you want a change of scene while studying. It also hosts live music and other events throughout the summer. Keep an eye on what’s coming up and book your tickets.

Want to get active on water or land? This is the place to go.
Try a range of activities through Whitlingham Adventure. On the water, have a go at sailing, windsurfing or stand up paddleboarding. Back on dry land, get a group together for activities like climbing, orienteering, bushcraft and archery. Looking for something quieter? Just come for a walk in the picturesque country park.

There’s also Phoenix Gym, the largest independent gym in Norwich with the largest choice of equipment of any of the city’s fitness facilities.
