FIDERH is a public trust fund, established in 1971 by the Federal Government through the Department of Treasury and Public Credit, with the Banco de Mexico as trustee. Its aim is to offer credit to Mexicans so that they can complete postgraduate studies both in Mexico and internationally. FIDERH offers loans to postgraduate students with attractive repayment plans and low rates of interest. The funding is for all academic fields except Fine and Performing Arts at both Masters and Doctoral levels. When applying to FIDERH students should already have received an unconditional offer from UEA.
