Duration and Time Zones

We would be pleased to discuss hosting virtual programmes throughout the year, for up to four weeks. We would normally suggest a weekday only programme running from Monday to Friday, but we can be flexible with this.

There can be an option to deliver the programme in the students’ local time zone if appropriate, or to have flexibility with the teaching hours.

Group Size

The minimum number of students we require to attend an online customised programme is 15. Maximum numbers depend upon the type of programme requested and the ability to divide the group into smaller cohorts if required.

Staff

Due to the virtual nature of the programmes we would be pleased to welcome staff to attend sessions to ensure student participation, and there will be a member of UEA support staff attending to deal with any queries. We would welcome developing a joint programme with institutions, providing UEA led teaching or offering guest lectures during your own virtual programme.

Students

We require all students to be aged at least 17 on the official start date of the programme. Programmes will be taught in English so a minimum level of language skills may be necessary.

Fees

Fees are dependent on the specific requirements of your group, contact us and we will provide details specific to your needs

“Ordinarily, I would not have been able to participate when it is physically going overseas, with young children, so when I saw this come up, I jumped on the opportunity! For it to be virtual but still have the same fundamentals involved, meeting such lovely people like [the clients], it wows you to be able to do that across an ocean yet communicating so closely. I want to thank Deakin and UEA for the opportunity to participate in this programme.”
