The Norah Simpson Scholarship The Norah Simpson Scholarship

The Norah Simpson Scholarship is awarded annually to enable postgraduate students to study disciplines related to water at the University of East Anglia. It was created by Peter Simpson, the CEO of Anglian Water, and named after Norah Simpson, Peter’s grandmother. Norah was a primary school teacher and guided Peter through much of his early education, and this scholarship is in her honour.

  • Other requirements: Applicants who hold any grade of membership to the Institute of Water and have the support of a current Fellow of the Institute of Water will be prioritised.
