Scholarship Application Process
Scholarships will be awarded to well-qualified applicants on the basis of academic excellence.
To apply for a scholarship please complete the application form.
You will need to respond to the following questions as part of your application. Your answer for each question should be approximately 250 words each:
- Please tell us your reasons for applying to the University of East Anglia and the School of Education and Lifelong Learning.
- Please explain why you want to study on the MA/MSc programme you have applied for.
Your submitted application will be sent to the School of Education Admissions team for consideration. Only those applicants already holding a conditional or unconditional offer from us may apply.
Applications will be considered periodically and scholarships will be granted on a rolling basis. The Excellence in Education scholarships will only be available whilst funds are available. As funds are limited you are strongly advised to apply as soon as possible after receiving your offer.
Applicants are likely to be informed of the outcome of the scholarship decision within 6-8 weeks of the scholarship application being received.
To be eligible for these scholarships you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a conditional or unconditional offer for one of the MA/MSc programmes listed above starting at UEA in September 2018.
- Be independently funding your studies – ie students sponsored by organisations funding their fees are not eligible to apply. (Students applying for, or expecting to receive government loans, are eligible to apply).
If you have any questions regarding the scholarships please contact us at email@example.com.
