"The Graduate Job Programme has given me the confidence and experience I need to propel my career."

– Isobel Tubman

This is a valuable opportunity to gain experience of graduate level employment and launch your future career. While the scheme will not guarantee you a job, it will improve your chances and help you to prepare for the recruitment process that you will be exposed to as you begin to apply for other positions as graduates.

Graduates benefits

  • The opportunity to work with an employer who is committed to graduate level employment.
  • Undertaking graduate level employment immediately after graduation.
  • Receiving a graduate level salary of at least £20,000 pa pro rata, and a minimum 9 month contract.
  • Develop your experience and cultivate a future.
  • Receiving valuable recruitment training which will help to build the foundations of your future career.
  • Enhancing your employability with preparation sessions to get you ready for your new role.

The exclusive roles offered by the Graduate Trainee Management Scheme will have significantly less competition for each graduate role.

In order to participate in this scheme you will need to invest yourself in the recruitment training programme. In return you will benefit from:

  • Award of certificate on completion of the recruitment training programme.
  • The opportunity to attend a mock recruitment day which includes interviews, testing and group activities.
  • Feedback and careers advice based on your results of the programme.
  • Additional training that will put you ahead of the rest of your cohort.
  • Transparent recruitment process.
